Liability Waiver 

In attending classes at Lotus Yoga, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Lotus Yoga or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Lotus Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings. 

Terms and Conditions

  • Fees may increase over time. An increase in fees applies only to new passes, workshops and events purchased at that point in time.

  • If purchasing packages requires payments to be made in instalments, the applicant agrees to approve such instalments be made by credit or debit card on the dates as predetermined in the services contract.

  • It is the responsibility of the member to settle any unpaid participation in a class, workshop, or other event at the studio. Lotus Yoga reserves the right to suspend the member's membership until the unpaid participations are settled.

  • It is the responsibility of the member to settle any negative balance on their Lotus Yoga Account. Lotus Yoga reserves the right to suspend the member's membership until the negative balance is settled.

  • Gift cards can be redeemed for classes, memberships or products. They are not redeemable for cash.

  • All purchases of any products or services offered on the website www.lotusyoga.be or at the front desk of the studio are final. Information on refunds can be found on the ‘Refund policy’ section below.

  • To register or purchase from the online booking system, you must be over eighteen (18) years of age. Passes for Children’s Yoga programmes must be purchased by a person over eighteen on behalf of the child.

  • You must ensure that the details provided by you upon registration or at any time are correct and complete.


Memberships

  • All memberships (discovery pass, class passes, visitor pass, workshops and events) are nominative and non-transferrable. Anyone found to be sharing a membership will be denied entry and forfeit their membership permanently without any compensation or refund.

  • The Discovery Pass is an introductory offer for new members only. It is available only once. This pass allows you to attend a class over a period of 30 days from the date of purchase (except for Visitors, in which case the pass has no expiry date). Workshops or other special events are not included.

  • The Visitor Pass applies solely to customers who do not live in Belgium permanently, such as expats’ visiting family members or visiting professionals in general. Workshops or other special events are not included.

  • In addition, Lotus Yoga may offer tailor-made solutions for which pricing will not be available on the website, but will be directly communicated to you by Lotus Yoga.

  • Every possible effort is made to deliver sessions and services on time. However, the schedule can be subject to change or cancellation, with notice when possible. Should a confirmed session be cancelled, Lotus Yoga will refund, transfer or offer compensation for sessions that are changed or cancelled. 

Booking Policy

  1. Payment for all classes must be received prior to the scheduled class to ensure your spot.
  2. Classes must be booked in advance. Classes are available for online booking at least 6 days prior to the class.
    1. “Book Class” allows you to book a class.
    2. “Add to Waitlist” allows you to put your name on the waiting list in case the class is fully booked.
    3. A notification will be sent to you by email as soon as your booking has been confirmed. You are confirmed at the session if a) you booked, or b) after registration on the waitlist a space becomes available for you.
  3. Confirmed members are required to check in at the front desk, at the latest 5 minutes before the class starts.
  4. Your reserved spot is valid until 5 minutes before the class starts. After that, your reservation will be cancelled (more information in the ‘Cancellation Policy’ section below), and any spot left will be offered to members that are waiting at the front desk.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cannot attend your scheduled class or if you are on the waitlist but it is no longer possible for you to join the class, please cancel your spot to make your place available to others.

  • Cancellations must be made via the website or mobile app maximum  3 hours before a class starts.

  • Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email.

  • Being on a waiting list for a class is like a commitment to joining that class., If a place become available to you up to 2 hours before the class, you will be automatically added to the class and informed by email. If you were waiting for a spot, but are no longer available to join the class, please remove yourself from the waiting list in a timely manner, otherwise you run the risk of being automatically added to the class and therefore losing your class pass if you can no longer make it to the class. 

  • Failure to cancel your booking maximum 3 hours before the scheduled class will result in one class being deducted from your class pass.

Suspension Policy

  • A temporary suspension of your membership is not generally possible. 

  • Requests for suspension due to medical reasons will be considered by the studio manager on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final. Lotus Yoga does not offer refunds on services or products because of a change of mind, change of address, injury, illness, or any other reason.

  • The only instance in which a customer can claim a right of withdrawal is when the purchase has taken place online within the previous 14 days and only if the pass has not been used. However, in accordance with article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the withdrawal right cannot be claimed in the case of the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. tailor-made clothes, or anything made according to your individual request and measurement).

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Information, Privacy & Security Policy

  • Without prejudice to the Terms of Use of the Website, you acknowledge that Lotus Yoga remains the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights concerning all elements of the Website and the services. Furthermore, Lotus Yoga remains the sole owner of the name, trademark and logo used to sell the products and provide the services, whether online or offline. 

  • Information published on this website is provided for the use of its visitors and you are advised that, although care has been taken to ensure technical and factual accuracy, some errors may occur. No guarantee is given of the accuracy or completeness of information on these pages.

  • Please be aware that Lotus Yoga may alter the information on its website from time to time.

  • Lotus Yoga shall have no liability arising from the use by any party of the information on this website.

  • Lotus Yoga does not guarantee that the website, its contents or hypertext links are virus free or uncontaminated. It is recommended that you carry out your own virus checks and implement your own precautions in this regard. Lotus Yoga excludes all liability for contamination or damage caused by any virus or electronic transmission.

  • Your personal data remain fully confidential.

  • Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information.

  • All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt out of further mailings.

  • Lotus Yoga will never sell, trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organisation.
